How do I contact you with questions or comments?
You can send a mail to mail@catscrap.com. We will help you as soon as possible, usually within two business days. We appreciate all kinds of questions and comments, and try to help you in the best way.


What is digital scrapbooking?
It is essentially the same as paper scrapbooking, but you create your layout using a computer and photo editing software instead of scissors and glue. Your finished layout will be a digital file that you can have printed and put in an album if you desire. If you are new to digital scrapping there are great resources out there. www.escrappers.com is a great place to start, with lots of tutorials for beginners.


How do I make a purchase?
Click on "Shop" in the top menu to get to the CatScrap shop. (Or click this link.) You have to register to make a purchase. Use the menus in the left sidebar to navigate the shop. You can sort the items by category, or by designer. You can use the top menu to view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.


What type of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and PayPal payments. Transactions are managed by PayPal, but no PayPal account is required. When you click "Confirm order" you will be redirected to PayPal's secure web site where you will have the option to choose between credit card and PayPal.


How do I download the files?
When you have completed your payment at PayPal's site, you will be sent back to the CatScrap shop where your downloads will be available. There will be one Download button for each item you purchased. Click the buttons and choose the directory on your computer in which you want the files saved. Your downloads will be available for 7 days or 5 download attempts.


How do I use the files?
The downloaded files are in ZIP (compressed) format. You need to extract them before use, which can be done with WinZip or similar software.


Is commercial use of your products permitted?
In general, CatScrap products are for personal, non-commercial use only. But we will allow commercial use in some cases. You will need a written contract with the designer, and in some cases a commercial license. Contact us at mail@catscrap.com.


May I use your products to create a banner for my blog?
CatScrap products may be used to decorate personal blogs for non-commercial use. Credit is always appreciated.


Do you have frequent discount sales?
There are occasional sales and specials at CatScrap. The best way to find out about these is to sign up for our newsletter. With the newsletter you will receive information about sales and new products in the shop.


How do I sign up for the CatScrap newsletter?
Go to the shop and register as a user. There's a box at the bottom of the page that you can check if you want to receive the newsletter. If you're already registered, log in, choose “My account” from the top menu and look under “Email notifications”.


Are you currently looking for additional team members?
We are not looking for additional members in the creative team or design team at the moment, but we will have some guest creative team members each month. Mostly the guest are invited, but you can of course send us an email if you would like to be considered when we are looking for guest members.
