Until a few weeks ago, when I decided it was enough. To give myself a fair chance to succeed in breaking this ugly habit, I went for a one nail-at-a-time process. It seems to work, at least until now: my left hand is starting to look a little bit more ladylike. Still one hand to go until I can go shopping for some nail polish ... oh oh oh i love it!!!!!! love how you framed the paper with the brushstrokes, and the tab on the notebook - every little detail is awesome! Great thing to journal about - I like your one-nail-at-a-time process - maybe I'll try that. My nails=not ladylike AT ALL Smile
